Sit-ups are a great way to strengthen your core. In this 30 day Sit-up Challenge start day 1 with as many reps as you can. When you hit your physical limit, stop. The next day try to add 1-3 reps every day. Continue this every day and see what your total daily reps are after your 30 days is up. You will be so pleased with your accomplishments.
