How to stay active at work when you sit at a desk all day:
Every hour get up and move around.
1. Walk around for 2 mins.
2. Do twenty squats
3. Do 20 wall push-ups
4. Stretch
5. Walking lunges for 1-2 minutes
6. Jog in place 2 minutes
7. High knees 2 minutes
8. Walk to your car ab go home!
Do one of these every hour that you are at the office and you will keep your blood flowing, burn more calories & stay focused and alert throughout your day.
Oh, and for extra steps.. be sure to drink 44-88 ounces of water during your day and you'll be going to the bathroom more frequently, resulting in MORE steps!
