It's about being Happy, Healthy and having a positive mindset that will help you be a light in this world and feel great in your own skin.
Being Healthy doesn't happen over night. You can't eat great for one day and expect to feel and look amazing the next day. Although I wish it were that easy. You have to practice on a daily basis.
Realistically we wont eat perfect staying with-in our calories and eating the right amount of carbs, fat & protein everyday. And that's ok! We are not perfect and with all the food choices out there today it would be pretty impossible, especially If you are a foodie like me that is. However, as long as we try our best everyday and be aware of what we are putting in our bodies we can be proud of ourselves and our accomplishments.
Take each day slow. Enjoy the moment you are in. Take time to practice Healthy Choices & Positive mindset. Pray daily or even hourly (if you are like me and completely feel like you can't do anything without His help). Set small realistic attainable goals that will slowing over time get you to your Main goal and Celebrate every tiny accomplishment.
