Tips on how to feel good all day!

1. Keep moving! Walk around, workout, break up your workout into little segments throughout the day. 20 squats, walking lunges, wall push-ups. Something simple that will keep you moving throughout your day.


2. Drink water all day! Get your favorite water bottle and fill up 3-6 times. Have it near by for quick and easy access.


3. Stay Positive! Don't let negativity around you consume your mind. That phase, misery loves company is a real thing. People with a negative mindset can be toxic to be around. So if you have to be around it, fill your mind with positive things like listening to your favorite audio book, positive music, a Joyce Meyers sermon, a Bible devotional. What ever you do, make sure it's positive and providing a strong shield of armor around your mind to protect it from the negativity. A positive mindset can do wonders for your Health.
