Why is it so Important to Log your food?
Logging your food can be annoying and sometimes time consuming when you are unsure of measurements/quantities of what you are logging. But there are some really great benefits to logging your food.

whats making you feel bad,
why the scale is not changing,
why you feel bloated,
if you are eating enough of specific vitamins,
if you are eating too much of specific vitamins, carbs, fat and more.
Logging your food is not to limit you or restrict you. In fact it's the opposite. Logging your food is a powerful tool to help you take control of your health. It gives you total control and power to overcome your obstacles or Barriers that could keep you from reaching yours goals.

There are two options with-in my app that I suggest. Under "Nutrition" you can download the Food App and log in with the same login info as my app.
Or you can click "My fitness Pal" and download that app and create a login (if you don't already have one) both can be accessed with in my app.
These can both be a great asset in your life to work towards your goals and build good habits to carry on for a lifetime.
